Pay Monthly demo

Two live <flexpay-pay-monthly> elements, reading a stage checkout configuration. The offer line appears only when FlexPay returns one, so nothing renders if the amount falls outside what the configuration finances.

Changing the cart total re-prices the offer. The monthly figure is withdrawn while FlexPay prices the new total, so it never sits next to an amount it no longer matches — and an amount outside the configuration's financing range advertises nothing at all, which is what checkout would do with it.
